The passion fruit pulp with seeds is extracted from selected fruits at their proper point of ripeness in such a way that a pulp with adequate sweetness and acidity is obtained. This pulp is extracted from its natural skin, through standardized processes that allow contamination risks to be reduced to a minimum. The pulp with seeds is packaged in buckets with an airtight lid and frozen at -18ºC, ensuring the quality of the pulp for a minimum of 2 years.
